  • 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:
  • Push-Ups
  • Calorie Row

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will start with 50 Push-Ups and 50 calorie Row, followed by 40 Push-Ups and 40 calorie Row, and so on.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Row is completed.
