  • 4-3-2-1 Legless Rope Climbs
  • Directly into:
  • 20 Squat Snatches (185/125 lb)

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will start with 40 GHD Sit-Ups and 4 Legless Rope Climbs, then 30 GHD Sit-Ups and 3 Legless Rope Climbs, and so on. After the last Legless Rope Climbs, athlete will complete 20 Squat Snatches.

Score is the time on the clock when the last Squat Snatch is completed.
