"Back on the Street" via Mayhem Daily WOD
- For Time
- 3-6-9-12-9-3 reps of:
- Power Clean-and-Jerks (155/105 lb)
- Burpee Box Jump (24/20 in)
With a running clock, complete the prescribed in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will start with 3 reps of each movement before moving on to 6 reps and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Burpee Box Jump Overs is completed.
