On a 10-minute clock, complete as many repetitions as possible (“AMRAP“) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of calories completed before the 10-minute clock stops.
This workout involves some strategy. Go all out on the Bike and survive the rest, or pace it a bit and aim for more rounds. Intermediate athletes can do this workout as prescribed.
