- 20 Dumbbell Squat Snatches (70/50 lb)
- 15 Burpee Box Get Overs (48 in)
- 10 Dumbbell Squat Snatches (70/50 lb)
- 5 Burpee Box Get Overs (48 in)
- Rest same time it takes to complete the previous round.
With a running clock, complete 3 rounds of the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Rest the same time it takes to complete one full round after every round.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Burpee Box Get Overs is completed.
