- 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Squat Cleans (185/125 lb)
- 10 Bench Presses (135/95 lb)
With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete must complete 1 Squat Clean and 10 Bench Presses, then 2 Squat Cleans and 10 Bench Presses. Continue with this pattern, decreasing 1 Bench Press every round and retaining 10 Bench Presses.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Bench Presses is completed.
