- 4 Rounds for Time
- 1 mile Bike
- Rest as needed between efforts.
With a running clock, complete 4 rounds of 1 mile Bike as fast as possible (“For Time“).
Score is the time it takes to complete 1 mile Bike. Record the time for each round.
Rest enough between rounds so that each effort can be performed at a sprint pace. Beginners can reduce the rounds and distance. Intermediate athletes can do this as prescribed.
