With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete will complete the 800 meter Run. Then at 10:00, athlete must accomplish 100 Pull-Ups, 100 Push-Ups, 100 Sit-Ups, and 100 Air Squats.

Score is the time on the clock when the last Air Squat is completed.
