  • 20 Push-Ups
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • From 28:00-40:00, AMRAP of:
  • 200 meter Run
  • 30 Air Squats

On a 40-minute clock, perform three 12-minute AMRAPs with 2-minute rest in between. The first part is an AMRAP of 200 meter Run and 10 Strict Pull-Ups. The second part is an AMRAP of 200 meter Run and 20 Push-Ups. The third part is an AMRAP of 200 meter Run and 30 Air Squats.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 40-minute clock stops.
