With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time“). Athlete must complete 21 Parallette Push-Ups, 21 Bar Muscle-Ups, 15 Parallette Push-Ups, 15 Bar Muscle-Ups, 9 Parallette Push-Ups, and 9 Bar Muscle-Ups.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Bar Muscle-Ups is completed.
Choose modifications that are challenging but allow you to complete the reps in 3-4 sets per movement.
