Main Site Daily WOD
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.
- Thrusters 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
In 20 minutes, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold (Handstand Hold), Plank Hold, and stretching (SLIPS). Then establish a heavy load (“For Load“) to complete 7 rounds of 3 Thrusters.
Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the 3 Thrusters.
Most athletes can do this lifting as prescribed. Experienced athletes can go as heavy as possible, while newer athletes can use this session as an opportunity to drill the movement.
