With a running clock, complete the prescribed work for 2 rounds as fast as possible (“For Time“). Rest 5 minutes before completing the second round. Each round consists of 12 Power Cleans, 3 Rope Climbs, 9 Power Cleans, 2 Rope Climbs, 6 Power Cleans, and 1 Rope Climb.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Rope Climb is completed.
