- For Total Reps For As Long As Possible
- Minute 1: 1 Pull-Up
- Minute 2: 2 Pull-Ups
- Minute 3: 3 Pull-Ups
- Continue adding 1 rep every minute as long as you are able to complete the prescribed number of reps every minute.

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Score is the number of minutes completed.
