- For Time
- 5-10-15-20-15-10-5 reps of:
- Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lb)
- After every round, complete:
- 50 yard Shuttle run (10 out/10 back, 15 out/15 back)
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. For the first round, athlete will complete 5 Pull-Ups, 5 Wall Ball Shots, and 50 yard Shuttle Run. The distance for the Shuttle Run could be placed 10 yards apart and then 15 yards apart. For the second round, athlete will complete 10 reps of Pull-Ups and Wall Ball Shots, and 50 yard Shuttle Run. For the succeeding round, athlete will continue with 15-20-15-10-5 reps but the same distance for the Shuttle Run.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Shuttle Run is completed.
