- 1 Rope Climb (after each round)
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 10 Front Squats and 1 Rope Climb in the first round, 9 Front Squats and 1 Rope Climb in the second round, and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Rope Climb is completed.
Reduce the load so each set of front squats can be performed unbroken. Modify the rope climb to avoid significant rest during transitions. Push the pace and keep intensity high.
