- 8 Rounds for Time (with a Partner)
- Partner A completes:
- 18/15 calorie Ski Erg
- 12 Single-Arm Devil Presses (50/35 lb)
- 6 Box Jumps (30/24 in)
- Partner B performs:
- Max Distance Bike Erg
- Switch after every round. Do not reset bike distance.
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written for 8 rounds. Each athlete will complete 4 rounds each. While Athlete A completed 1 round of 18/15 calorie Ski Erg, 12 Single-Arm Devil Presses, and 6 Box Jumps, Athlete B will perform max distance in the Bike Erg. Switch after every round but do not rest the Bike distance.
There will be two scores for this event. Score A is the time it takes to complete the 8 rounds. Score B is the total bike distance accumulated after 8 rounds.
