- AMRAP in 12 minutes
- 2 Deadlifts (225/155 lb)
- 2 Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overheads (2x50/35 lb)
- 2 GHD Sit-Ups
- 4 Deadlifts (225/155 lb)
- 4 Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overheads (2x50/35 lb)
- 4 GHD Sit-Ups
- Continue with this pattern, adding 2 reps to each movement after every round.
On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete will start with 2 reps each of Deadlifts, Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overheads, and GHD Sit-Ups. Then, add 2 reps to each movement after every round until the time is up.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
