With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete 3 rounds of 10 Overhead Squats and 50 Double-Unders before moving on to 3 rounds of 10 Thrusters and 50 Double-Unders.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Double-Unders is completed.
