On a 17-minute clock, perform 6 rounds of 2-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest in between. For each round, athletes will complete as many repetitions as possible of 20/15 calorie Assault Bike and max distance Farmer’s Carry in the remaining time of the 2-minute window.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 17-minute clock stops.
