- Clean-and-Jerks (Bodyweight)

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete will start at 10 reps each of the Muscle-Ups and Clean-and-Jerks. Then, proceed to 9 reps each all the way down to 1 rep.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Clean-and-Jerks is completed.
