  • For Time
  • Every 2 minutes for 6 Rounds, complete:
  • 12 Deadlifts (185/125 lb)
  • 12 Bar Facing Burpees
  • At 15:00, complete:
  • 48 Deadlifts (185/125 lb)
  • 48 Bar Facing Burpees

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. For the first 6 rounds, athlete must complete 12 Deadlifts and 12 Bar Facing Burpees every 2 minutes. Then at 15:00 mark, complete 48 Deadlifts and 48 Bar Facing Burpees.

Score is the time on the clock when the last Bar Facing Burpee is completed.
