On a 25-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. From 0:00-10:00, complete an AMRAP of 12 Dumbbell Cleans and 14 GHD Sit-Ups. Rest 5 minutes. Then from 15:00-25:00, complete an AMRAP of 12 Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overheads and 14/12 calorie Row.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 25-minute clock stops.
