  • From 8:00-11:00, perform:

  • From 12:00-15:00, perform:
  • 400 meter Run
  • Max Clean-and-Jerks (155/105 lb)

On a 15-minute clock, perform four 3-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest in between. The first and 3rd AMRAPs include 400 meter Run and max reps of Pull-Ups. The second and fourth AMRAPs include 400 meter Run and max reps of Clean-and-Jerks.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed in each 3-minute AMRAP.
