- 440 meter Bike Sprint
- 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpee Pull-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. For each round, athlete must complete 440 meter Bike Sprint and 10 Burpee Pull-Ups. Continue with this pattern, decreasing 1 Burpee Pull-Up after every round.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Burpee Pull-Up is completed.
