  • AMRAP in 10 minutes
  • 3 Devil Presses (2x50/35 lb)
  • 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • 6 Devil Presses (2x50/35 lb)
  • 10 Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)
  • Continue with this pattern, adding 3 Devil Presses after every round.

On a 10-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work. In the first round, athlete must complete 3 Devil Presses and 10 Box Jump Overs. Then in the following rounds, add 3 reps to the Devil Presses until the 10-minute clock is up.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed.
