  • 100 GHD Sit-Ups / Partner Hang Hold
  • 100 Jumping Split Lunges / Partner Front Rack Hold (95/65 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work for 2 rounds. For every round, athletes must complete 100 GHD Sit-Ups while the other partner dead hangs from the Bar and 100 Jumping Split Lunges while the other partner holds Front Rack.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Jumping Split Lunges is completed.
