  • Five 2-minute AMRAPs in 18 minutes
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups (2x50/35 lb, 20/16 in)
  • Max Dumbbell Push Presses (2x50/35 lb)
  • Rest 2 minutes between rounds

On an 18-minute clock, perform 5 rounds of 2-minute AMRAPs with 2-minute rest in between. For every 2 minutes, athlete must complete 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Ups and in the remaining time, perform as many repetitions as possible of the Dumbbell Push Presses.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 18-minute clock stops.
