With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 Overhead Squats and 21 Toes-to-Bars, 15 Overhead Squats and 15 Toes-to-Bars, and 9 Overhead Squats and 9 Toes-to-Bars.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Toes-to-Bars is completed.
