With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 21 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans and 21 Handstand Push-Ups, 15 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans and 15 Handstand Push-Ups, and finally, 9 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans and 9 Handstand Push-Ups.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Hamdstand Push-Ups is completed.
