- 5 Rounds for Total Reps in 25 minutes
- Every 5 minutes, perform:
- 20 Back Rack Lunges (75/55 lb)
- 20 Hang Snatches (75/55 lb)
- 20 Toes-to-Bars
On a 25-minute clock, perform 5 rounds for reps of 20 Back Rack Lunges, 20 Hang Snatches, and 20 Toes-to-Bars every 5 minutes. If the 60 reps are completed before the 5-minute mark, rest in the remaining time.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 25-minute clock stops.
