  • 30 Squat Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
  • From 10:00-20:00, perform:
  • 20 Squat Clean-and-Jerks (165/115 lb)
  • From 20:00, perform:
  • 10 Squat Clean-and-Jerks (205/145 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Start a new round with heavier weights for the Clean-and-Jerks every 10 minutes.

Score is the time on the clock when the last rep of the Squat Clean-and-Jerk is completed.
