- Ten 1-minute AMRAPs in 28 minutes
- 3 Thrusters (185/125 lb)
- 60 yard Shuttle Sprints (5 yard increments)
- Max Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- Rest 2 minutes between rounds
On a 28-minute clock, perform 10 rounds of 1-minute AMRAP with 2 minute rest in between. For each AMRAP, perform 3 Thrusters, 60 yard Shuttle Sprints with 5 yard increments and in the remaining time of the 1 minute, max repetitions of the Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 28-minute clock.
