- From 0:00-5:00, every minute on the minute perform:
- 5 Squat Snatches (55-65% of 1RM)
- From 5:01-10:00, every minute on the minute perform:
- 3 Squat Snatches (65-75% of 1RM)
- Rest 2 minutes
- From 12:00-17:00, every 30 seconds perform:
- 1 Squat Snatch (80% of 1RM)
On a 17-minute clock, perform the prescribed work. From 0:00-5:00, every minute on the minute perform 5 Squat Snatches at 55-65% of 1 rep max. From 5:01-10:00, every minute on the minute perform 3 Squat Snatches at 65-75% of 1 rep max. Rest 2 minutes. Finally from 12:00-17:00, every 30 seconds perform 1 Squat Snatch at 80% of 1 rep max.
Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for each set.
