- AMRAP in 15 minutes
- From 0:00-5:00, perform:
- 30 Clean-and-Jerks (115/80 lb)
- Then from 5:00-10:00, perform:
- 30 Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
- Finally from 10:00-15:00, AMRAP of:
- Clean-and-Jerks (155/105 lb)
On a 15-minute clock, athlete must perform the prescribed amount of Clean-and-Jerks every 5 minutes in increasing weight every round. For the last round, athlete must complete as many Clean-and-Jerks as possible.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute clock stops.
