On a 26-minute clock, perform the prescribed work in the order written for 4 rounds with 5 minutes of work and 1 minute and 30 seconds of rest each round. Every round, athlete must complete the 15 Lateral Burpees Over Rower, 30/24 calorie Row, 15 Lateral Burpees Over Rower, and in the remaining time of the 5 minutes, max repetitions of Wall Ball Shots.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 26-minute clock stops.
