  • Shoulder Presses 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
  • Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.

Establish a heavy load where the athlete can successfully lift 3 Shoulder Presses. Then perform 7 rounds of 3 Shoulder Presses.

Then on a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching.

Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the 3 Shoulder Presses.
