- 5 Rounds for Time
- 100 foot Lunge Walks
- 25 Push-Ups
- 20 Dumbbell Snatches (2x50/35 lb)
- Rest an equal amount of time to the previous round's work time.
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 5 rounds. Rest an equal amount of time to the previous round’s work time.
Score is the time it takes to complete each round, not including the rest time.
