On a 27-minute clock, perform 5 rounds of 3-minute AMRAPs with 3-minute rest in between rounds. For every AMRAP, athlete must perform 10 Front Squats, 10 Box Jumps, and in the remaining time, max calorie Row.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 27-minute clock stops.
