  • Back Squats 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 reps

On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).

Then, establish a heavy load where you can successfully lift the prescribed repetitions for the Back Squats without resting the bar down for each set.

Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the Back Squats.
