- 4 Rounds for Reps in 11 minutes
- 1 minute Max Burpees
- 1 minute Max GHD Sit-Ups
- Rest 1 minute
On an 11-minute clock, perform as many repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed movement in each minute. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 11-minute clock stops.
