2020 CrossFit Games (Championships) Phase 2 WOD #1
- For Time
- 1,500 meter Row
- Then, 5 Rounds of:
- 10 Bar Muscle-Ups
- 7 Shoulder-to-Overheads (235/145 lb)
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work. Athlete must complete the 1,500 meter Row before proceeding to the 5 rounds of 10 Bar Muscle-Ups and 7 Shoulder-to-Overheads.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Shoulder-to-Overheads is completed.
About the wod
Background: “2007 Reload” was the 1st event for the 2020 CrossFit Games (Championships). The workout was an advanced version of the classic “Hopper” workout from the 2007 CrossFit Games (later dubbed “2007” when that original version re-appeared in the 2013 Games).
The new format of the 2020 CrossFit Games consists of two stages: an online competition in athletes’ home countries from which the top five men and top five women will advance and an in-person finals in California to crown the Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on Earth.
