Main Site Daily WOD
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Clean and jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps
On a 20-minute clock, perform Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
Then establish one rep max Clean-and-Jerk. Once the load is established, perform five rounds of 1 rep max Clean-and-Jerk.
Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the Clean-and-Jerk.
