Mayhem Daily WOD
- 3 Rounds for Time
- 50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
- Perform the next round every 10 minutes.
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds. Athlete has 10 minutes to complete 1 round. At 10:00, athlete must move on to the next round regardless if the first round is completed or not. Same goes for 20:00, move on to the last round regardless if the second round is completed.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Kettlebell Swings is completed.
