Main Site Daily WOD
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Power snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps
- Snatch balance 2-2-2-2-2 reps
- Squat snatch 1-1-1-1-1 reps
On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
Then, establish a heavy load where athlete can successfully lift 3 Power Snatches in one go, 2 Snatch Balance in one go, and 1 rep max Squat Snatch.
Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for each movement.
