  • Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
  • Deadlifts 7-7-7-7-7-7-7 reps

On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Handstand Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).

Then, establish a load for the Deadlifts where athlete can do 7 reps in one go. Once the load is established, perform 7 rounds of 7 Deadlifts.

Score is the heaviest weight successfully lifted for the Deadlifts.
