  • Then, 3 Rounds of:
  • 16 Burpees
  • 16 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Rest 3 minutes after the first 3 rounds of Running and Dumbbell Snatches before moving on to the next 3 rounds of Burpees and Dumbbell Snatches.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Dumbbell Snatches is completed.
