- From 0:00-10:00, 21-15-9 reps of:
- Deadlifts (225/155 lb)
- Burpee Pull-Ups
- From 10:00, 42-30-18 reps of:
- Hang Clean-and-Jerks (95/65 lb)
- GHD Sit-Ups
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete has 10 minutes to complete the first part of the workout: 21 Deadlifts, 21 Burpee Pull-Ups to 15 reps of each movement down to 9 reps. Then at 10:00, athlete must perform the second part of the workout as fast as possible: 42 Hang Clean-and-Jerks, 42 GHD Sit-Ups to 30 reps of each movement down to 18 reps.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of GHD Sit-Up is completed.
