- 20/15 calorie Ski
- Max Double-Unders
- Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs
On a 19-minute clock, perform 5 rounds of 3-minute AMRAPs with 1-minute rest in between. Each AMRAP consists of 20/15 calorie Standing Bike Erg, 20/15 calorie Ski, and in the remaining time of the 3 minutes, maximum repetitions of Double-Unders.
Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 19-minute clock stops.
