Main Site Daily WOD
- Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes
- Then, 3 Rounds for Time of:
- 800 meter Run
- Rest 2 minutes
On a 20-minute clock, practice Front Scale, Back Scale, L-Sit, Inverted Hold, Plank Hold, and Stretching (SLIPS).
Then, perform 3 rounds of 800 meter Run with 2-minute rest in between.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of 800 meter Run is completed.
