  • From 11:00-21:00, EMOM of:
  • 6 Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
  • Rest 1 minute
  • From 22:00-32:00, EMOM of:
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees

On a 32-minute clock, athlete must complete three 10-minute EMOMs with 1-minute rest in between. Each EMOM has one movement to perform for 10 minutes–Row, Clean-and-Jerks, and Burpees respectively.

Score is the total number of repetitions completed before the 32-minute clock stops.
